Both chambers are in session this week. Floor action is scheduled for H.R. 4966 the Sequester Replacement Act of 2012 which amends the Budget Control Act to replace automatic cuts in fiscal year 2013. The House Defense Sub-Committee is scheduled to mark up the fiscal year 2013 appropriations bill which includes details on top-line acquisition programs.
